Returns and refunds

We do not have returns or exchanges.

If:

• your order arrived damaged;
• there is manufacturing defect on item;
• the item is not what you ordered;
• you have never received the item;

please, contact us at info@saboconcept.com or fill out the Contact form on the website - we will do our best to resolve the problem. Please, be so kind to provide pictures / video of the item.

Order cancellation
We ship orders on Tuesdays and Thursdays. If you want to cancel your order, please, contact us via email and we will refund you and cancel your order but only if your item has not been shipped yet.
